Character Biography[]
On a walk with Eggman, Brim listens to his friend complain about the state of the world, how he's worried about global warming and North Korean nukes, and people obsessively talking about themselves on social media. Eggman questions what he's doing as a hero. He has no powers. He's middle aged. He gave up a career to become a hero - a hero that routinely gets beaten. And he stays up at night thinking of new puns. The Brim comforts Eggman only to have him deliver one of those cringe inducing puns, which causes Brim to walk away in disgust. Later, Eggman again complains to Brim, this time about a possible stalker on Linked In. Brim initially tries to calm Eggman, but then tells him that the guy is probably pleasuring himself to pictures of Eggman. (Eggman and the Brim #1, 2016)

The Buckle, Brim, and Eggman
In the Initial Era, the Brim appears for the first time, in a cameo, in "Mr. Fabulous" Number 1 (1992).
He also shows up in issue #2, waiting in line as a potential sidekick for Mr. Fabulous.
In The Adventures of Sprinkles the Psychotic Moose Number 10, the Brim is shown running from a giant blob.
Digital Era[]
Brim, Eggman and Potted Plant Man
In the Digital Era, the Brim appears in Sprinkles the Psychotic Moose Volume 2, Number 1 (2008). Eggman, the Brim, and Potted Plant Man confront three thieves who had just robbed Robbins Jewelry store - Dave, Charlie and Eddie. Charlies punches out Eggman, cracking his shell, bloodying his face, and sending him sliding through the alley. The Brim gets kicked out of the alley by Eddie. That leaves Potted Plant Man. Dave takes aim with his gun, but then his forearm is grabbed, and then his whole arm is ripped out of its socket by the bum who had asked him for money. Charlie and Eddie then shoot the bum several times. Bloodied, the bum who is still standing removes his hood to reveal that he's a moose-man (Sprinkles).
