The Brotherhood of Evil Ninja was an unused team, which was to be about the various ninja banding together and forming a clan. This would include Fat Ninja and Stealthy Ninja along with Chinja and an evil leader ninja. The evil lead ninja is an unused character and he has big metal plates on his mask.
