Caribou
In the Initial Era, Caribou is created when a web egg from McSpidey's web shooter hits Plenisher in the face (in Adventures of Sprinkles Number 8). In issue 9, Caribou seemingly kills Jack by stabbing him with one of his solidified tentacles through the midsection. He's about to do the same to Sprinkles when Sprinkles reacts to Jack's "death" by transforming back into a human. This is of no interest to Caribou so he leaves the scene.
