Rampage is an enemy of Sprinkles and Jack. He fought in the Vietnam War, and it caused him some mental disturbances. He has delusions about himself and flashbacks from the war. And he calls his enemies "commies" and other asian ethnic slurs as he fights them.

Rampage
Rampage first appears in "Sprinkles the Psychotic Moose" Volume 1, Number 8 (1992). He is wandering through the woods, reliving his service in Vietnam, when he happens upon Sprinkles and Jack's cabin. Jack, testing out a new gun, shoots at him, clipping both arms and sending him away. Rampage wonders who would shoot at someone so beautiful, when he comes to a perimeter wall. The wall has a plaque reading "Sprinkles and Jack 1991", so now he knows who attacked him.
He comes back the next day, shooting at their cabin. The duo fight back, shooting him in the chest. Rampage takes the shoots standing, revealing that he became a mutant in Vietnam. As the fight continues, Sprinkles takes a bite out of his neck and stabs him with a kitchen knife multiple times in the face. Jack then launches a rocket at him. It hits Rampage in the chest, it explodes, and he falls as a charred bloody mess to the ground.
The next time Rampage shows up, it's in the Enemies Galore storyline (in Sprinkles the Psychotic Moose Volume 1, Number 31), and he's sitting in the woods by a fire, naked. Malice is flying by and telepathically gives Rampage the location of Sprinkles and Jack and tells him to kill them. Rampage finds the cabin and throws a tear gas canister through the window. The duo come out and fight Rampage. Sprinkles uses an ice cream scoop to scoop out his eyeball and toss it to Jack, who catches it with an ice cream cone, and jams the whole thing into Rampage's mouth, causing him to puke and run away.
